Fees

 

At Key Stages Childcare we have considered our fees carefully, our aim is simplicity and transparency with no hidden extras.

Our rate includes:

​

• Meals

• Drinks

• Snacks

• Outings

• Nappies

• Baby wipes

​

If preferred parents/guardians are welcome to provide their own meals, drinks and snacks, nappies and wipes, however, this does not constitute a discounted rate.

​

We do not charge:

​

• Retainer fees for school holidays

• Fees for our annual holiday

Standard Childcare

​

Free Childcare

​

We are accredited to provide Free Early Education Entitlement (FEEE) for children aged two, three and four years.

​​

Ad Hoc Childcare

​

If you require extra childcare at short notice e.g. you may need to attend training at work or an appointment, we will accommodate this if we have the availability. This service is only available to already contracted parents/guardians, we require at least 24 hours notice.

 

Fees will be charged at the standard rate.

​

All agreed hours will be payable regardless of late drop offs, early pick ups or a change in circumstances, early drop off and late collection charges are also applicable.

 

The extra ad hoc childcare costs will be added to the next monthly invoice.

​

Flexible Childcare

​

It may be possible for us to accommodate earlier or later childcare hours, or alternating shift pattern, parents/guardians are required to discuss their requirements at the initial meeting prior to signing a contract.

​

Collection & Drop Offs

​

We do not currently offer any drop off and/or collection services.​

​
